Welcome to Next Generation Rugby
We are here to develop, support and inspire the next generation of rugby athletes. Our coaches are made up of current and ex-professional players and have a wealth of experience on and off the pitch. Together we have combined our knowledge, skills and experiences of the sport, to provide high-performance coaching surrounded by a supportive and encouraging rugby community
Our specialised and unique, high performance coaching camps take place throughout the school holidays for boys and girls in Year 3-Year 9
Our elite NGR Academy also runs throughout the school holidays and is available for boys and girls in Year 10-Year 13
We also provide for all ages:
- Focussed 1-1 coaching
- Group sessions
- Strength and Conditioning advice & programs
- Structured in/out of season guest training sessions
- In-school rugby provisions

The Next Generation Rugby Academy is designed to give 14-18-year-olds an insight into the training, preparation and mindset of a professional rugby player

A group session led by an elite sports psychologist who works with professional players at the very top of their game
In-Depth Performance Analysis
Break down a professional rugby match and analyse your own performance during the academy, developing a deeper understanding of the game and your own development
Sports Nutrition & Recipe Development
Learn from a sports nutritionist how to fuel your body for optimal performance, both on and off the pitch
Specialist Rugby Skills
Continue developing your technical game through position-specific skill clinics coached by professional players
